Copley Square Oral Surgery was established by Dr. Jennifer Smith-Williams in 1993. Through her gentle touch and expertise she has established a surgical center in the heart of Boston with a reputation for delivering excellent care within a calm, caring environment.  Located in Boston’s Copley Square with views of the beautiful Trinity Church and the John Hancock Tower, the practice is easily accessible by both car and public transportation. Dr. Jennifer Smith-Williams

Dr. Smith-Williams is a graduate of Wellesley College and Harvard School of Dental Medicine. She did her oral and maxillofacial internship and residency at Long Island Jewish Medical Center in New York. She is board certified in oral and maxillofacial surgery and in dental anesthesiology. She has been an oral and maxillofacial surgeon for 23 years and has been in private practice at her Copley Square office for 19 years. She is the clinical instructor in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Massachusetts General Hospital where she actively teaches and trains surgical residents and students. She also teaches as a faculty member at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine.

In addition to being on staff as a surgeon at the MGH, she is also on staff at Steward Healthcare’s Carney General Hospital. She is an alternate Massachusetts delegate for the American Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. Dr. Smith-Williams is married and has three children.
